Bio:

Yoon's work encompasses layers of color and abstract forms, gestures of emotions, and energies. Her artistic process is influenced by automatism, which involves accessing material from the unconscious mind during the process of creation. Exemplifying this paradigm, her artistic output showcases a series of mindscape compositions of gestural shapes and lines, layers of translucent and solid colors represent- ing an exploration within herself. By expressing a wide range of emotions through her choice of color palettes and brushstrokes, she aims to convey the dynamics and complexities of human emotions. She invites viewers to engage with their own interpretations and emotions, creating a bridge between her personal experiences and the universal human experience.
